Do you delete articles from the source websites?
No. We do not delete articles on the websites that publish them. Our work focuses on the visibility of that content in Google search results: we request de-indexing or de-listing, strictly within the legal framework. Removing an article at the source without authorisation would be unlawful.
How does the service work?
Every case is studied individually. We review the link or search result involved, identify the legal and technical options available, and then file the appropriate requests with the search engines.
How long does it take?
There is no fixed timeline. It depends on the nature of the content, the source website, the search engine and the legal arguments available. We keep you informed at every step.
Is the result guaranteed?
Every case is unique and depends on factors outside our control, so we never promise a specific outcome. But if we cannot deliver the agreed result, you are refunded in full plus 10% interest.

What data do you collect and how do you handle it?
We only collect what is needed to assess your case: first name, last name, phone number, email and the Google link you want us to review. This data is strictly confidential, used only to contact you and evaluate your situation, and is never sold or shared with commercial third parties.
Are our exchanges confidential?
Yes. All communications with famarasa.com are treated as strictly confidential. We disclose nothing without your consent, unless legally required to do so.

When do I pay?
You pay upfront before we start the work. Fees are agreed in writing before any action is taken, so you know exactly what is covered.
If we cannot deliver the agreed result, you are refunded in full plus 10% intereston the amount paid. We take on the obligation, not the uncertainty.
