By using the Site, requesting a consultation, or submitting information through the contact form, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the service

famarasa.com provides strategic, legal, and technical assistance aimed at reducing the visibility of specific online content in search-engine results. We do not guarantee the complete removal of any specific URL, article, or search result, and we do not remove content from third-party websites unless we have reached an independent agreement with the relevant publisher or host. Our primary deliverable is the de-indexing or suppression of search-engine appearances linked to an identified keyword.

2. Eligibility and intended users

The service is intended for individuals and legal entities who wish to address unwanted, outdated, or harmful search results. You must be at least 18 years old, or acting with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to submit a request. By submitting information, you represent that all details provided are accurate and that you are authorized to act on the matter described.

3. No guarantee of outcome

Every case is evaluated individually. Search engines, publishers, and hosts operate under their own policies and jurisdictions. Results depend on the facts, the legal framework, the cooperation of third parties, and the technical options available. We therefore cannot promise any specific outcome, timeline, or percentage of success before a case has been reviewed.

4. Consultation and engagement

Submitting the contact form does not create an attorney-client or contractual relationship. It is an initial inquiry. A formal engagement, if offered, will be confirmed in writing through a separate service agreement and/or engagement letter that sets out the scope, fees, and responsibilities of each party.

5. Fees and payment

Where a fee is agreed, it will be specified in the written engagement. Fees are generally not contingent on any particular outcome unless expressly agreed in writing. You are responsible for any taxes, wire fees, or currency-conversion costs imposed by your bank or payment provider.

6. User obligations

You agree to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. You may not use the service to conceal illegal activity, defraud third parties, suppress lawful journalism, or harass another person.
